Citizens and County Commissioners across the state are concerned that legislation currently being considered at the Indiana Statehouse will endanger their control over wind and solar projects in their counties. House Bill 1381 passed the House and is currently with the Indiana Senate Utilities Committee.

Please contact all of the members on the Senate Utilities Committee and express that Home Rule for each county is the best policy and that HB 1381 will eliminate the local power to determine future developments.
